Police found one person dead inside a Vancouver residence Monday night and took a second person into custody.

VANCOUVER, Wash. —
Police found one person dead inside a Vancouver residence Monday night and took a second person into custody.
It began about 8:45 p.m. when officers were asked to check on the welfare of the occupants and talked by phone with a man who indicated he was suicidal and armed with a handgun.
When the man stopped talking officers entered, found the body and took another person into custody for the investigation.
