The King County sheriff's office says two armed robbers assaulted a family in their home at Burien.
The men jumped a man as he was arriving home about 9 p.m. Monday and forced their way inside the triplex. They pistol whipped the man and sexually assaulted a woman. The robbers ransacked the home and fled with some property.
An 18-month old was sleeping at the time and not hurt.
Sgt. John Hall says the couple does not know the attackers and the home may have been targeted at random.
