Alaska ferry worker injured at Wash. dock
Port officials in Bellingham, Wash., say a female worker with the Alaska Marine Highway ferry system has been injured while helping load the ferry at the Bellingham dock.

KOMO-TV reports ( http://is.gd/vanp3m) the officials say the unidentified worker was lowering the passenger ramp onto the ferry Columbia on Friday afternoon when something caused the ramp to land on her
She was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with multiple injuries. Her condition was not immediately available.
Port officials say the ferry suffered some minor damage. KOMO reports that the Friday evening departure was delayed so the ramp could be fixed and the accident investigated.
