Quarter of Benton, Franklin ballots returned
With a week to go before election day, about a quarter of the ballots have been returned in Benton and Franklin counties.

With a week to go before election day, about a quarter of the ballots have been returned in Benton and Franklin counties.
Auditors told the Tri-City Herald (http://is.gd/Y937R7) they were busy Monday with people registering to vote at the last minute.
Next Tuesday is the deadline to drop off or mail ballots.
