AUBURN, Wash. —

School officials say vandals have shot out 265 windows at Auburn schools over the past few days, causing about $25,000 in damage.

School district officials tell The News Tribune ( http://is.gd/l2xlGJ) they first noticed the damage from what they believe was BB guns on Monday morning.

They have no suspects but surveillance footage is being examined.

Auburn Police Commander Mike Hirman says the police department is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible.

The schools with broken windows include Auburn High School, West Auburn High School, Auburn Riverside High School, Terminal Park Elementary, Pioneer Elementary, Dick Scobee Elementary, Olympic Middle School and the district pool.
