Police initially thought someone was being held against their will Wednesday night at a house in Spokane.

Officers and a SWAT team responded, and a three-hour standoff ended with officers finding no victims of a crime. But four people were arrested.

Two men in a car outside the house were arrested for possessing a stolen handgun and one of them for possessing methamphetamine.

A total of five people eventually came out of the home. Two of them were booked into jail for outstanding arrest warrants.
