The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gas in Washington is $4.02.
That's down 3 cents from a week ago. It's 21 cents higher than the national average.
Some metro prices from the AAA's Monday survey: Bellingham $4.13, Bremerton $4.01, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.04, Tacoma $4.01, Olympia $4.02, Vancouver $3.99, Yakima $4, Tri-Cities $3.97, and Spokane $3.90.
