Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan has arrived in Portland on a Northwest fundraising swing.

No public events are planned Monday as Ryan holds a private fundraiser at the Governor Hotel in Portland.

Invitations say tickets are $1,000 for admission to the general event, $2,500 for a VIP photo, $10,000 for access to a technology innovator round table and $25,000 for a private meal.

In the afternoon, Ryan heads for a similar fundraising stop in the Seattle area.
