A former western Pennsylvania dentist will serve 18 months in prison on charges that he threatened an FBI agent over the phone.
The Pittsburgh agent had investigated an incident in which dentist Anthony Dinozzi called the FBI in Seattle, urging them to arrest Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
Dinozzi has claimed Gates sent waves through Dinozzi's computer that were harming his brain.
The 45-year-old Dinozzi, who is from Youngwood, was sentenced Wednesday by a federal judge in Pittsburgh.
The FBI also alleges that Dinozzi attempted to pass himself off as a federal agent at Pittsburgh International Airport in February. They say he tried to board a flight to Seattle to arrest Gates.
Prosecutors say Dinozzi then threatened to murder and have the Hell's Angels attack the FBI agent who investigated him.
