SEATTLE —

A 25-year-old man accused of shooting another man on a busy Seattle street last month left a helpful clue behind. Police say the gunman dropped his wallet at the scene where shots were fired on the afternoon of July 26.

KOMO-TV reports no one was hit by the seven to eight shots fired after a man rode away on his bicycle. When officers arrived the gunman had already run away, but police were able to use his driver's license to locate him. He was arrested in Tukwila on Monday night and booked into the King County jail for investigation of assault and unlawful gun possession.
