U.S. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., will speak during the opening night of the Republican National Convention in Tampa next Monday.

McMorris Rodgers, who represents half of Eastern Washington, is GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney's congressional liaison in the House, where she is the highest-ranking Republican woman
