Fallen tree blocks highway at Lake Forest Park
A large tree fell across Highway 522 about 3 a.m. Thursday at Lake Forest Park, blocking a major commuter route around Lake Washington north of Seattle.

A large tree fell across Highway 522 about 3 a.m. Thursday at Lake Forest Park, blocking a major commuter route around Lake Washington north of Seattle.
The Washington State Patrol says the tree blocked all lanes. Traffic detoured on Ballinger Way.
At the same time there was a power outage in the same area.
Seattle City Light said a transformer fire knocked out power for more than 4,500 customers in Lake Forest Park and Shoreline.
