A man who pleaded guilty in the hit-and-run death of a bicycle rider in Seattle faces about three years in prison at his sentencing Friday in King County Superior Court.
Twenty-eight-year-old Erlin Garcia-Reyes was arrested in June and pleaded guilty last month to felony hit-and-run for the accident in July 2011 that killed Michael Wang.
Prosecutors are asking for a 41-month prison sentence.
The 44-year-old Wang was a photographer who worked for PATH, a Seattle-based world health organization. He commuted by bike to his home in suburban Shoreline.
