State regulators will hear Thursday what the public thinks of the Waste Management strike that delayed garbage pickups for about 200,000 customers in the Seattle-Everett area.
The state Utilities and Transportation Commission is holding a hearing at the Woodinville City Hall as it investigates why the company was unable to follow a contingency plan after the Teamsters walkout.
The eight-day strike ended last week when union drivers voted to accept a contract.
