Police say WA teen attacked dad with baseball bat
Police in the southwest Washington city of Toledo say a 16-year-old boy attacked his father with a metal baseball bat, leaving the man seriously injured.

Police in the southwest Washington city of Toledo say a 16-year-old boy attacked his father with a metal baseball bat, leaving the man seriously injured.
The Daily News ( http://is.gd/ekdBal) reports that police were called to a home early Thursday morning. According to the police report, a 55-year-old man and his wife were talking in their dining room when for "unknown reasons" their 16-year-old son began hitting his father in the head with the bat.
The unidentified man was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Officer Sam Patrick said police believe the man suffered "significant injuries."
The boy was arrested for investigation of first-degree assault and taken to Lewis County juvenile detention.
