Arrest made in fatal Arlington shooting

A 41-year-old Tulalip (too-LAY'-lip) man has been arrested in the fatal shooting at a park near Arlington.

ARLINGTON, Wash. —

A 41-year-old Tulalip (too-LAY'-lip) man has been arrested in the fatal shooting at a park near Arlington.

The Snohomish County sheriff's office said Wednesday he was booked into jail in Everett for investigation of second-degree murder, drive-by shooting and rioting.

The shooting Saturday night at Blue Still Park fatally wounded 20-year-old Ryan C. Mumm.

The Daily Herald reports ( http://is.gd/UgeBNq) Mumm attended Arlington schools and had been living in the Spokane area recently and attended Spokane Community College.
