Mudslide closes part of Hwy 821 in central Wash.
The Washington Transportation Department says a section of State Highway 821 in central Washington is closed to through traffic due to a large mudslide.

The Washington Transportation Department says a section of State Highway 821 in central Washington is closed to through traffic due to a large mudslide.
The highway is closed from a point 17 miles north of Selah to Ellensburg.
The department said the highway section was closed Tuesday night and could remain closed for several days.
The scenic highway along the Yakima River is also known as Canyon Road.
