SEATTLE —

King County prosecutors have charged a 21-year-old man with second-degree murder in connection with a Federal Way, Wash., shooting that left one man dead and several others injured.

Prosecutors charged Kenneth Sutton Tuesday in the death of 23-year-old Cloise Young of Kent on June 27 outside a bar.
