Central Washington authorities say a brush fire temporarily closed sections of U.S. Highway 97A and the Navarre Coulee Road in the Entiat area.

ENTIAT, Wash. —
Central Washington authorities say a brush fire temporarily closed sections of U.S. Highway 97A and the Navarre Coulee Road in the Entiat area.
The fire started Thursday afternoon. By late Thursday, KOMO-TV reported that it had burned across about 250 acres.
More than 10 miles of U.S. 97A were affected for several hours. Much of the Navarre Coulee Road was also affected.
