Elephant picks WSU to defeat UW in Apple Cup game
An elephant at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle has picked the Washington State University football team to defeat Washington in the Apple Cup game.

An elephant at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle has picked the Washington State University football team to defeat Washington in the Apple Cup game.
The zoo says the pachyderm prognosticator named Chai (chy) was given a choice of football-shaped treats Tuesday and wrapped her trunk around the crimson and gray snack representing the WSU Cougars.
Last year Chai correctly predicted a Washington victory in the annual game between the cross state rivals.
Saturday's game will be played at CenturyLink Field in Seattle.
