Seattle police are looking for a group of vandals who broke eight windows at a Chase bank branch on Capitol Hill Thursday evening.

Several witnesses called police around 8:40 p.m., saying there were four to six people, all dressed in black clothing with face coverings — either masks or bandannas — doing damage to the bank located in the 300 block of Broadway East, said Seattle Police Det. Mark Jamieson.

By the time officers got there, the suspects were gone but they had left behind some fliers as well as a sledgehammer.

Jamieson has not seen the fliers, but said witnesses described the suspects as "anarchist style" because of their clothing and the fliers they left.

On Friday, the windows were boarded up but bank staff said the bank is open for business.
