The King County medical examiner's office has identified a 25-year-old Kent man killed by a county sheriff's deputy as Anthony Ourada.
The medical examiner's office said Tuesday that Ourada died late Sunday from multiple gunshot wounds and classified his death as a homicide.
The sheriff's office says the man was wanted for eluding officers in chases April 10 and earlier Sunday. His car was cornered after a stakeout Sunday night outside an apartment.
The sheriff's office says he rammed three cars before he was fatally shot and had a record of drug, theft, burglary and reckless driving convictions.
A woman who was with him was arrested for possessing methamphetamine.
The deputy has not been identified. He has been placed on administrative leave while the shooting is investigated.
