The Spokane County Sheriff's Office has finally released booking photos of Kevin Harpham, the man accused of planting a bomb at the Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade in January.
But documents about the FBI investigation that led to the arrest of Harpham, 36, last month remain sealed at the request of federal prosecutors. Harpham was indicted on federal charges of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and possession of an unregistered explosive device. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
