New Seattle archbishop to be named on Thursday
Seattle Archbishop Alex Brunett will introduce his successor at a 9:30 a.m. news conference on Thursday.
Seattle Archbishop Alex Brunett will introduce his successor at a 9:30 a.m. news conference on Thursday.
The Archdiocese of Seattle announced Wednesday that Brunett's resignation has been accepted by Pope Benedict XVI. Brunett announced his retirement earlier this year.
