Renton police are asking for help finding a missing 19-year-old woman last seen on Sunday, April 18.
Kathy M. Chou, a high-school senior, is described as an Asian female, about 5 foot 7 inches, 180 pounds, black hair with blonde streaks and blue bangs, and a piercing in her bottom right lip. She typically wears pink rimmed glasses and was last seen wearing jeans and a horizontally striped, multicolored shirt.
Kent Moore, the father of one of Chou's friends, said Friday he is offering a $1,000 reward in the case.
The Renton Police Department has asked that anyone with information about her location call 911, the department at 425-430-7500 or Detective Keith Hansen at 425-430-7526.
