RICHLAND, Wash. —

Coffee will be served at a Coffee Party gathering 1 p.m. Saturday at Howard Amon Park in Richland.

Organizer Timothy Vaden told the Tri-City Herald the group formed in reaction to the Tea Party movement. He says the Coffee Party movement is nonpartisan and believes the federal government is not inherently bad.
