Police say a 70-year-old Washington state man will face felony charges after his speeding vehicle crashed into a Nevada casino, killing two people and injuring seven.
Police Detective William Redfairn says Walter McGie of Kelso, Wash., was arrested late Wednesday on two charges of reckless driving causing death.
McGie is being held at a jail in the resort town of Laughlin pending a court appearance. Laughlin is about 100 miles south of Las Vegas.
McGie told investigators he fainted before his 2007 Pontiac Vibe crashed into the Edgewater Hotel & Casino about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. He suffered minor injuries.
One injured person was admitted to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, where three were treated and released. Two were flown to University Medical Center in Las Vegas.
