A Spokane health services company is suing Deaconess Medical Center over a disputed license for an electronic medical records network.
The lawsuit filed this week in Spokane County Superior Court by Inland Northwest Health Services accuses Deaconess of breach of contract.
The Spokesman-Review reports the dispute involves ownership of a license issued by the Meditech records network.
The company that bought Deaconess recently began charging Inland Northwest Health Services $150,000 a month for using the license.
