Woman injured in West Seattle stabbing

Seattle police are looking for a man in his 50s who allegedly stabbed a 42-year-old woman in the neck in West Seattle late Friday night, a police department spokesman said.

Seattle police are looking for a man who allegedly stabbed a 42-year-old woman in the neck in West Seattle late Friday night, a police department spokesman said.

The extent of the woman's injuries was unknown, said spokesman Mark Jamieson.

The stabbing occurred at a low-income housing development in the 6300 block of 34th Avenue Southwest at about 10:30 p.m.
