2 PLU WA students die in car accident

Pacific Lutheran University reports that two PLU students, one of them a member of its football team, are dead in a car accident near Brewster.

The victims were Jocelyn Denham and Brady Freeman, a junior offensive lineman on the PLU football team.

PLU president Loren J. Anderson sent out an e-mail notifying the PLU student body about the accident that occurred on Friday night.

Freeman's twin brother, Boone Freeman, a junior offensive lineman at the University of Puget Sound, was critically injured in the crash.

The Freeman brothers attended Tonasket High School.
