A peek at future careers for kids at Science Trek open house

The South Lake Union Science Trek features an open-house tour for elementary, middle and high school students and adults of eight biotech and research organizations (including Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, PATH, Institute for Systems Biology and more), hands-on laboratory activities and panel discussions on Friday, June 8, 2012.

'The South Lake Union Science Trek'

An open-house tour for elementary, middle and high school students and adults of eight biotech and research organizations in the South Lake Union neighborhood (including Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, PATH, Institute for Systems Biology and more) is on Friday. Times and locations vary by location and age group. The event is part of the first "Seattle Science Festival" and features hands-on laboratory activities and panel discussions. Large groups should RSVP to John Bartley by Tuesday, and for panel discussions by Thursday (206-667-2730).
