Player of the Game
Quarterback Keith Price completed 21 of 28 passes for 257 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions, the kind of performance that is becoming commonplace. Price has thrown 21 touchdown passes, already tied for fourth in UW history for one season.
Play of the Game
UW tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins made a diving catch of a well-thrown ball by Keith Price for a 17-yard gain to give UW a first down at the Colorado 22 midway through the first quarter. Kevin Smith scored on a 22-yard reverse on the next play, and the Huskies had the lead for good.
Turning Point
When Colorado won the toss and decided to defer and kick the ball to Washington, which then marched easily down the field. UW never trailed.
Key Stat
Washington scored seven touchdowns, each one by a different player, symbolic of the all-around offensive effort that featured 295 rushing yards and 267 passing yards.
By the numbers
3-0 UW's conference record, its best start since 1997.
5-1 UW's overall record, its best since 2001.
52 UW's points, its most since scoring 53 against Idaho in 2001.
6 UW has scored 30 or more points in the first six games, the first time it has done that in school history.

Injury Report
UW LB Garret Gilliland suffered a stinger but returned to the game.
Rotating defenders
As UW coach Steve Sarkisian had promised, the Huskies rotated players at several defensive spots, including both safety positions, as Will Shamburger and Nate Fellner stepped in for starters Sean Parker and Justin Glenn for a few series.
Quote
"The first half was obviously one of the best halves of football we've played since we've been here." — UW coach Steve Sarkisian.
