Player of the game
Washington quarterback Jake Locker was 24 for 40 passing for 310 yards and ran for 110 yards in the best game of his senior season and maybe his career. He also often used his legs to keep plays alive, converting a huge fourth down on the winning drive.
Play of the game
Erik Folk hit a 32-yard field goal as time ran out, his fourth field goal of the game, to win it for UW.
Turning point
USC's Joe Houston missed a 40-yard field goal with 2:34 remaining that left the door open for the Huskies to come back and win the game.
Key stat
The Huskies averaged 7.2 yards per offensive play, and the 536 total yards were the most of the Sarkisian era at UW.
By the numbers
310 Jake Locker's passing yards, the third time he has gone over 300 yards, and just shy of his career high of 336 against Arizona in 2007.
