Rewind: Chat with former UW quarterback Hugh Millen

Latest from the Husky Football & Basketball blogs

Hugh Millen guided the Huskies' offense during the 1984 and 1985 seasons and still ranks in the top 10 of many UW season and career passing records, including sixth all time for pass completion percentage.

As a junior, he helped lead the Huskies to an upset victory over No. 2 Oklahoma in the 1985 Orange Bowl.

Millen was later drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round of the 1986 NFL Draft and went on to play 10 seasons with the Rams, Falcons, Patriots, Cowboys and Broncos.

He currently works as a football analyst for KJR radio as well as for KCPQ TV's coverage of the Seahawks.

Millen talked about the Holiday Bowl, Jake Locker's pro prospects, the current state of the Seahawks and more in a live chat Dec. 23 on seattletimes.com.
