Live chat with UW basketball coach Lorenzo Romar
Latest from the Husky Football & Basketball blogs
Lorenzo Romar just started his ninth season as head coach at UW and has led the Huskies to a 172-91 record, five NCAA tournament appearances and three trips to the Sweet 16.
Following a 26-10 campaign and a Pac-10 Conference tournament championship in 2009-10, Romar and the Huskies were recently picked to win the league title for the first time in the preseason Pac-10 media poll.
Earlier this year, he signed a contract extension that will keep him at UW until 2020.
Romar will be available to talk about his latest squad, the 2011 recruiting class and much more in a live chat Tuesday at 12 p.m. on seattletimes.com.
