Player of the game: Oregon running back Jeremiah Johnson went 48 yards on the Ducks' third play of the game and never really stopped, with 124 yards on 15 carries and two touchdowns.
UW player of the game: Quarterback Jake Locker supplied most of UW's offense, shrugging off his training-camp hamstring injury to throw for 103 yards and rush for 57 more on 16 carries.
Play of the game: Oregon WR Terence Scott took a short screen pass and turned it into a 60-yard touchdown, outracing the Huskies secondary into the end zone to put the Ducks ahead 14-0.
Turning point: Halftime. Much like last year, the Huskies were in the game at halftime, only to get dominated coming out of the break. Washington trailed 14-10 at halftime. But Oregon outscored UW 30-0 in the second half to turn the game into a rout.
Key stat: The Huskies rushed for just 95 yards on 43 carries while Oregon rushed for 256 on 44.
Next: Brigham Young at Husky Stadium, Saturday, noon.
