Drivers face long detours around I-5 bridge collapse
Congestion levels along the I-5 corridor in Skagit County will depend largely on how many people heed the warnings to stay away from the site of Thursday's collapsed bridge near Mount Vernon. Above, Friday's detoured traffic creeps along the Burlington Boulevard bridge near the downed span. Drivers reported delays of an hour or more.
