I-5 bridge over Skagit River collapses
RICK LUND / THE SEATTLE TIMESAn Interstate 5 bridge collapsed into the Skagit River between Mount Vernon and Burlington around 7 p.m. Three people have been rescued from the water, according to the Skagit County Sheriff's Office.
