38 years later, closure for a local Marine
Thirty-eight years after they were killed during the Vietnam War, 13 fallen Marines, including Daniel Benedett from Auburn, were honored recently in ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Above, a Marine Corps honor guard carries the casket containing their remains.
Burgess bows out of Seattle mayor’s race
