KENT — Victoria earned a 6-2 victory over the Seattle Thunderbirds in a Western Hockey League game before 3,108 at ShoWare Center on Tuesday night.
Alex Gogolev had two goals and one assist for the Royals (17-13-0-1).
Roberts Lipsbergs scored his 16th goal for the T-birds (16-15-1) and Connor Sanvido scored his ninth.

Joshua Winquist scored in a shootout as the Silvertips rallied for a win over the Americans.
Carson Stadnyk scored at 10:46 of the third period to tie the score at 1.
Tri-City's Justin Feser scored in the first period to snap an eight-game scoring drought.
Notes
• Mark McLaughlin, a UW transfer, scored 21 points to lead the Central Washington men to a 100-59 victory over visiting Evergreen in a nonconference basketball game. Evergreen (1-8) was led by 15 points from Cody Peters. Reserve Jordan Coby scored 15 points for the Wildcats (6-2).
• UW seniors Dylan Tucker-Gangnes and Ben Fisk and junior Spencer Richey were named to the All-Far West Region men's soccer team. It is the first time since 2006 that the Huskies have put at least three players on the All-Region team. UCLA's Fernando Monge of Eastside Catholic also was chosen to the team.
