Stupey, a senior, was part of four victories, helping the Knights win the Northwest 4A District meet. His 1:53.98 in the 200 IM set a meet mark, as did the Knights' 200 medley relay (1:38.01). Stupey also won the 500 free and helped the 400 free relay finish first.

Kristen Rodal

Highline gymnastics

Rodal, a senior, posted an impressive score of 38.2 to win all-around honors at the 3A/2A district meet. She took individual titles on floor exercise (9.775), vault (9.75) and balance beam (9.525) and finished second on uneven parallel bars (9.15).

Federal Way girls wrestling team

Coach Travis Mango's Eagles captured top honors at the competitive Region II tournament, piling up 112 points to finish ahead of five teams ranked ahead of them. Bianca Arizpe won the 118-pound title to lead the way.
