Miller, a 6-foot-4 junior, broke the school record with 46 points on 19-of-27 shooting in a win over Life Christian. He hit 5 of 8 three-point attempts and had five steals, five blocks and two assists.

The 5-8 freshman notched her seventh double-double in eight games with 13 points and 10 rebounds in the Class 2A Cougars' 41-36 victory over 3A Marysville Getchell. She averages 14.4 points.

Cascade wrestling team

Coach Brooklyn Obregon's Bruins easily won the 14-team Lynnwood Classic with 234 points. Runner-up Mariner had 184. Cascade's Jorge Escobedo (113 pounds), Gino Obregon (132), Alex Reeves (138) and Noah Johnson (152) won titles in their weight classes.
