Feet First and Neighborhood Walking Ambassadors host free, guided walks as part of international Jane’s Walks events to bring people together for stronger communities. Walkers are encouraged to talk about what matters to them where they live and work, highlighting what’s great and unique and addressing local issues in a positive, creative way. Saturday’s walk sites include the Central District, West Seattle, Beacon Hill, Pioneer Square and Fremont; the event continues May 5 in Ballard, Fauntleroy, Rainier Beach and International District neighborhoods. Walks vary in length and some include stairs. For more information, see
