Recipe: Tommy's Margarita

Makes 1 cocktail

Kosher salt

Wedge of lime

2 ounces reposado tequila

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce agave nectar; see note

ice

1. Place salt in a flat dish. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with lime and place it on the salted plate to coat the rim of the glass with salt.

2. Shake tequila, lime juice and agave nectar with ice. Strain into the rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Note: Some prefer only a half ounce of agave nectar in this cocktail
