Keeping brown sugar soft
Marshmallows can be the key to keeping brown sugar soft.

Got a minute? Maybe you know the old trick for keeping brown sugar from turning rock hard, the one that has you tucking a slice of bread in your sugar jar.
Well, here's a new trick: Tuck a couple marshmallows in your brown sugar bag or the canister, and it'll keep the sweet stuff plenty loose. You'll never again need a pickax to foist a spoonful on your oatmeal.
