Makes 4 servings 3 strips bacon, cooked and chopped 1 avocado, peeled and chopped 12 ounces tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped...

Makes 4 servings 3 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
12 ounces tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
Black pepper and salt to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
