Where to see discounted movies:

“X-Men: Days of Future Past 3D” and “Maleficent 3D”

They’re new at the Crest Cinema. Also there: “Edge of Tomorrow,” “Belle” and “The Grand Budapest Hotel” ($3-$4.50).

“Earth to Echo,” “Maleficent” and “Transformers: Age of Extinction”

They’re new at the Admiral Theater in West Seattle ($6).

“If I Stay” and “Alive Inside”

They’re new at the Varsity Theatre. Also there: “Get On Up.” All seats on Tuesday are $7.

“Guardians of the Galaxy”

It continues at the Big Picture Seattle. The 3:30 p.m. shows Saturday-Sunday are $10.

“The Neverending Story” and “Hot Fuzz”

They’re new at the Central Cinema in Seattle. All shows $6-$8.

“The Amazing Spider-Man 2”

It plays at the Tin Theater in Burien this week. All shows $8.

“Maleficent 3D” “Transformers: Age of Extinction 3D” and “X-Men: Days of Future Past 3D”

They’re new at the Gateway in Federal Way.Also there: “Think Like a Man Too,” “Edge of Tomorrow,” “Neighbors,” “Godzilla,” “Blended,” “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” and “Rio 2” ($2, all seats on Tuesdays $1).

“Teen Witch”

It closes the “Three Dollar Bill Outdoor Cinema” series on Friday. Movies begin at sunset, southeast corner of Cal Anderson Park, 11th Avenue and East Pine Street, Seattle; free.

“Frozen”

It closes the “Tukwila Summer Outdoor Cinema” series on Friday. Movie at dusk, Tukwila Community Center, 12424 42nd Ave. S., Tukwila; free.

“Finding Nemo”

It closes the “Summer Movies at Waterfront Park” series on Friday. Movie starts at dusk, Brien Drive S.E., Bainbridge Island; free.

“Planes”

It plays at the “Summer Bash” series on Friday. Movie starts at dusk. Center at Norpoint, 4618 Nassau Ave. N.E., Tacoma; free.

“Jaws” and “The Jungle Book”

They close the “CinemaGig Outdoors” series. “Jaws” plays on Friday at Donkey Creek Park, 8714 N. Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor; “The Jungle Book” on Saturday at Skansie Brothers Park, 3207 Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor; free.

“The Big Lebowski”
