‘Top Chef Duels’
The latest iteration of “Top Chef” and “Top Chef Masters” features 18 chefs from both series competing in a variety of challenges to earn bragging rights and a cash prize. Curtis Stone and Gail Simmons will be the main judges, with Stone serving as host. Series premiere, 10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, on Bravo (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
