‘Running Wild with Bear Grylls’

Survivalist Grylls takes celebrities to remote locations for adventures in what the network is calling an “alternative series.” Tonight’s premiere features Zac Efron (“Neighbors,” “High School Musical”). Upcoming episodes will feature Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum and Deion Sanders. 8 p.m. Monday, July 28, on NBC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
