‘Finding Carter’

A new drama about Carter (Kathryn Prescott), a teenager who discovers one day that the woman she believed to be her mother actually abducted her as a child. Series premiere, 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, on MTV (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“Perception,” 10:01 p.m. (TNT): Moretti asks Pierce to examine a woman who has confessed to murder and claims to be possessed by the devil; Donnie and Moretti’s wedding plans hit a snag.
