‘Girl Meets World’

A sort-of sequel to the fondly remembered ’90s sitcom “Boy Meets World.” The new series follows the adventures of Riley (Rowan Blanchard), daughter of the now married Cory and Topanga Matthews (Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel). Series premiere, 9:45 p.m. Friday, June 27, on the Disney Channel (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“Rake,” 9 p.m. (Fox): Keegan must use an unusual tactic when a new client (Brian Baumgartner) and his mother (Debra Mooney) both confess to the same murder; Keegan learns that Mikki is dating someone he is familiar with.

“American Masters,” 9:30 p.m. (KCTS): “Tanaquil Le Clercq: Afternoon of a Faun”: Ballerina Tanaquil Le Clercq inspires George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins before being stricken with polio in 1954.

“Funniest Wins,” 10 p.m. (TBS): Host Marlon Wayans and Vine star Brittany Furlan mentor the nine remaining competitors in creating funny Vine videos. Actor Affion Crockett helps contestants perform sketches for a studio audience which will vote for their favorites.

“Continuum,” 10 p.m. (Syfy): Kiera fights old friends by joining up with former enemies; a season full of choices comes down to one unbelievable moment.
